Our FREE consultancy service starts with a visit to your company for a review of your existing telecommunications and an audit of your present arrangements. It is important for us to review your existing communications so that we can easily highlight any problems and potential solutions.

During our first visit and initial meeting we will look at;

  • Current trends and developments in communications. An opportunity to explore how these may affect your business.
  • Changing or upgrading your current telephone system? If so, what type of system would be most suitable? PBX, call centre, IP telephony, etc.
  • Can you automate any of your voice services, using voice forms, automatic ordering procedures, product information lines, automated booking services, etc.?
  • Audit of your telecommunications costs. Are you paying more than you should for telephone charges, system maintenance, calls to and from mobiles, etc.?
  • Controlling costs and usage of your telephone system, mobiles, Internet.
  • Should you use an 0800, 0845 or 0870 number? What will be the costs? If you are already using one of these "non-geographic numbers" can you reduce your costs? Or can you in fact generate some revenue for your organisation?
  • Are you making appropriate use of the Internet? Website creation, Internet access, online ordering, etc. Can your website be easily found? Can you easily update your website?

After The Review!

At the conclusion of the review we will provide you with a management report outlining our recommendations and suggest solutions to any problems that may have emerged.
